Challenge 2 of The 90 day (COVID-19) Challenge: Is it possible to survive and thrive in this period of change?
Challenge 2 of The 90 day (COVID-19) Challenge
For the next 90 days we will journey together, exploring and experimenting with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) deliberately designed to build and boost wellbeing.
Why a challenge?
We are all facing challenges due to the current COVID-19 pandemic and these challenges are occurring within our personal, professional and public contexts.
On a micro and macro level we are challenged by what is happening in our world and bridging the gap is a struggle.
Using wellbeing science can enable us to build better bridges.
I am motivated to explore the following questions:
+ How will we cope?
+ How are we already coping?
+ Is it possible to survive and thrive in this period of change?
In addition to theses fundamental questions, I am also exploring the concept of ‘rising to the challenge’ and preparing to deliver my best.
Over the next 90 days, scientific based wellbeing strategies will be explored experienced and trialled.
Challenge two – “Altruism in Action”
Check out this beautiful video created by local legend Jason van Genderen. Be prepared blown away with positive emotions as you watch Jason and his loving family create joy, kindness and opportunity through positive intent and creativity.

On so many levels, I love what Jason and his family have created. Can you apply some of Jason’s positive example to your situation?
Exercise: (use a journal to write it or type it!)
