Stress, tension and fatigue are contributing to poor health. The Positivity Project enables students, teachers and parents to manage stress and to thrive and flourish. The Positivity Project has evolved from the principles of positive psychology and positive education.

For over 20 years, I have been ‘edutaining’ students, staff and parents on health, wellbeing and optimal performance. I love designing and delivering keynotes, seminars, training programs, retreats and whole school positive education solutions.

Emerging from the ‘Balance’ and ‘The Art of Play’ signature programs, The Positivity Project is grounded in play-based learning and acquiring resilience skills.
